Position Title:Coordinator HR services

Duty Station: KAMPALA

Organization:(Baylor -Uganda)

Employment Type:Full Time Permanent

Reports to: HR Manager

Supervises:  HR officer  Operations Based at the head Office

BACKGROUND:

Baylor College of Medicine Children's Foundation - Uganda (Baylor -Uganda) headquartered at Mulago hospital is a comprehensive HIV care and treatment organization that supports the treatment and care of HIV infected and affected Chidren and Adults. Baylor - Uganda has four operational areas; HlV/AIDS care treatment and prevention services, maternal child health services. Heatth Professional training and Oinical Research.

Role definition- Develop and monitor the implementation of Baylor Uganda HR Operational systems, policies and procedures in line with the HR Manual

Job specffications

The candidate should have:

1. Masters in Human Resources Management or Masters in organization psychology or its equivalent.

 Any legat related qualification or back ground (atmost a dipfoma in law) will be an added advantage

2. At leas1 two (2) years working experience with one (1) year experience in HR at Coordination level in a reputable organization in a reputable Non Govemmental Organisation 3. 35 to 40 years of age.

4. Knowledge of HR strategic principles. and update HR nationally acceptable laws and regulations

5. Have Key personal competenoes in Team and communication skills, analytical skills, networking and partnership skils. must be dynamic, Persuasive &convincing.,self- motivated and able to demonstrate high initiativ e.
