BACKGROUND:

Baylor College of Medicine Children's Foundation - Uganda (Baylor -Uganda) headquartered at Mulago hospital is a comprehensive HIV care and treatment organization that supports the treatment and care of HIV infected and affected Chidren and Adults. Baylor - Uganda has four operational areas; HlV/AIDS care treatment and prevention services, maternal child health services. Heatth Professional training and Oinical Research.

Based at the Fort Portal Officer (Rwenzori region) Role definition- Monitor the implementation of Baylor( Human Resource systems and precsces in the region in line

With the Baylor( Uganda HR Manuat and the various program objectives.

Job specifications

The job holder should have;

1) A Degree in Human Resource Managemen1 or IndusfrialfOrganizationai Psychology with a relevant post graduate qualification

 (2) at least 3 years of experience in managWlg a corporate function. providing the following knowledge and skills. managing performance driven programs managing the change process. indudWlg executive coaching communications and transmon management: with a repu1able Wltemational NGO and direc1 experience with government and donor representatives

 (3) have Key perscnat competences in Team and communication skills. networking and analytical skills
