1. Job Title: Area Sales Executive (2
POSITIONS)

An ideal candidate should know how
to: Aggressively solicit for sales orders; Get new customers; Receive customer
orders and inquiries; Follow up on dispatch and invoicing of customer orders;
Conduct research on customer satisfaction and the competition; Prepare daily
sales reports; Provide data on customer performance and preferences.
Job requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration,
Marketing or any other related field; Professional qualification in marketing
will be an added advantage; Minimum of 2 years work experience in sales of Fast
Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
2. Job Title: Territory Sales
Executive (2 POSITIONS)

An ideal candidate should know how to: Achieve daily, weekly
and monthly sales targets; Generate secondary sales; Courteously solicit and
receive
customer orders and inquiries; Submit daily and weekly sales
reports; Receive and accurately respond to customer inquiries; Follow up on
dispatch and invoicing of customer orders; Collect information on customer
satisfaction and the competition; Advise on movement of products and brands;
Provide data on customer performance and preferences.
Job requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration,
Marketing or any other related field; Professional qualification in marketing
will be an added advantage; Minimum of 2 years work experience in sales of Fast
Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
3. Job Title: Boiler Operator (5
POSITIONS)

An ideal candidate should know how to: Control heat and
steam levels in boilers; Operate controls and observe gauges to regulate heat
and steam levels, Install burners and auxiliary equipment; Shovel coal/coke
into the firebox using hand tools.
Job requirements:
Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any other
related field; Certificate in Boiler Operations will be an added advantage;
Minimum of 2 years work experience in maintenance and operation of steam
boilers and chillers in a busy manufacturing environment.
4. Job Title: Human Resource
Administrator (2 POSITIONS)
Ref: MIUl/HR/13/08/2013
An ideal candidate should know how to: Co-ordinate training
activities at plant level; Respond to staff inquiries and requests related to
employee relations and welfare; Help staff to comprehend set human resource
policies and procedures; Facilitate staff appraisal at plant level; Attend to
minor disciplinary issues at plant level.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology,
Social Sciences, Social Work & Administration or any other related field;
Knowledge of existing Ugandan labour laws; Minimum of 2 years work experience
in a reputable organization.
5. Job Title: Plumber (5 POSITIONS)

An ideal candidate should know how to: Install, repair and
maintain chilled water, steam, heat, drainage, sewage and other plumbing
systems; Inspect joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, tanks, valves
and other plumbing system components; locate malfunctions and make due repairs;
Install replacement / spare parts; Prepare daily activity reports.
Job Requirements:
Craft Certificate in
Plumbing from a recognized institution; Minimum of 2 years work experience in a
similar role.
6. Job Title: Plant Maintenance
Electrician (5 POSITIONS)

An ideal candidate should know how to: Carry out repairs,
maintenance and installation of electrical systems; Calculate electrical loads;
Inspect equipments to identify defects / hazards; Ensure compliance with set
safety codes.
Job requirements:
Graduates of Higher or Ordinary Diploma in Electrical Engineering; Minimum of 3 years
work experience in a busy manufacturing environment.
