About the Job:
GFA Consulting Group is seeking two Senior Bank Training Consultant(s) - MSME Lending. One will be based in Nairobi, Kenya and one in Entebbe, Uganda.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

    Work as a consultant-trainer;
    Diagnose the PFIs’ needs.

Qualifications:

    Advanced university degree in Economics, Finance, Management or similar;
    Extensive experience in the financial sector;
    Experience in EU or EIB projects;
    Previous experience in Kenya/Uganda an asset;
    Minimum 5 years experience in the financial sector;
    Previous service as a consultant/trainer in the region;
    Experience in MSME lending, design and conduction of training programs, and risk management.
